Training
I have my Gyroplane Certified Flight Instructor (Gyro CFI) rating, and am
able to provide logable training in the Magni M-16, 2-place Trainer.
We are providing three hours of introductory training lessons to prospective Magni customers
before we would place an order for a Magni gyro. These three introductory hours of training are intended
to familiarize you with the Magni gyro and to help you decide whether to
proceed with a purchase and further training.
The normal training rate is $140 per hour.
This price includes appropriate ground instruction and familiarization. Should you then
decide to purchase a Magni gyro, the cost of the introduction training
hours will be applied to a solo/transition training package arranged as a part of the purchase contract. That solo/transition training
package would be no more than $2200 (for a logbook solo endorsement), including the introductory 3 hours. The solo/transition training package price
will be mutually determined upon completion of the introductory three hours
of training.

NOTE: This solo/transition training package, as a part of the purchase
contract for a Magni gyro, will allow you to fly your Magni gyro solo as a
student pilot. Further experience and training hours, as defined by the FARs,
would be required to obtain a full Private or Recreational Pilot's license, or to obtain a Gyroplane "Add-on" to an existing pilot rating. If you would already
have an Airplane or Helicopter private pilot rating, this training package would
allow you to fly an EXPERIMENTAL gyro with no restrictions (A private pilot rating allows you to fly an EXPERIMENTAL aircraft).

accomplished in one day, however it would be desirable to allow at least an
overnight stay in case of weather problems and in order that we might have
more time for ground instruction and discussion. We have arranged for special
Magni USA rates at the Ste. Genevieve Mo. Microtel
Inn. We can provide transportation from the motel to the Perryville airport.
