    EXPERIMENTAL - EXHIBITION category:

• Fully-Built and test flown gyros are now available in the U.S. only under Exhibition category
• Will be certified in Missouri in your name (Certification fee included in price shown)
• Will be certified, checked out and test flown in Missouri after delivery from Italy
• Fee for certification (fully-built only) is included in the price.
• Purchaser responsible for cost of delivery from Missouri
• Exhibition category requires annual renewal letter to FAA and other restrictions
• ELSA category available until January, 2008 - this is advised at this time (Repairman's Certificate is available to owner)

    CERTIFICATION - EXHIBITION category:

• Fee for Experimental certification is included in price (Fully-Built  only).

• Magni USA, L.L.C. will arrange for FAA certification by Purchaser proxy in Missouri.  This is preferable in order that Magni USA, L.L.C. may accomplish the first check-out flight at our base in Perryville Missouri.  This Experimental - Exhibition certification will be accomplished by a local DAR (FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative).

• It will also be convenient and required that Purchaser receive final transition training at our Perryville Mo. training facilities prior to delivery of the machine.

• Shipping costs are included in the estimated prices in the table above and will be include in the firm price quote when requested.

• Shipping costs can be shared.   Shipping costs are reduced if shipping is shared with other Purchasers.   Two fully-built gyros may be shipped in a single container.  Up to three kits may be shipped in a single container.   Such kits or fully-built machines, shipped as a group, will be delivered and available at the Magni USA location in Missouri.  Delivery to purchaser will be at our Missouri base.

• Shipping costs:  The approximate shipping charges to Missouri are:
  • $5300 for single unit or kit in shipping container.
  • $3000 per purchaser for two units or kits in shipping container
  • $2000 per purchaser for three kits in shipping container

                        Shipping costs will be included in the firm price quote at the time of firm price request.

• Shipping Refund:  The shipping costs above are estimates based on current rates. Shipping rates are subject to changes according to fuel costs, seasons and world events and economy. Shipping payments will be more closely estimated and a shipping payment determined at the time of sales contract commitment. Shipping payments will be collected at time of initial order - along with down payment. Final shipping costs upon receipt in Missouri of shipped items will be proportionally shared by all purchasers sharing that shipment (container). Overpayment of shared shipping costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser upon determination of full shipping charges.

• Direct KIT shipment to Purchaser:  Arrangements can be made at the purchaser's request to deliver the KIT directly to the purchaser.   Shipping costs directly to the purchaser's location would vary - depending on the location in the U.S.

• FULLY-BUILT machines will be delivered to Missouri only:  Fully built machines will require re-assembly, certification and first test flight by Magni USA, L.L.C.  This will be done upon delivery to our Perryville, Missouri base.

• FINAL DELIVERY in USA:  The purchaser may elect to pick up the kit in Missouri, or the individual kit may be packaged and shipped to the purchaser from Missouri at the purchaser's expense.  Fully-built machines may be flown or trailered to purchaser's location at purchaser's expense.  Arrangements may be coordinated with Magni USA, L.L.C.

• Overseas Shipping insurance - included in firm price quoted

• U.S. import duty and fees - included in firm price quoted

   TRAINING:

Per the Sales Contract, the customer must receive training or transition training in a Magni machine from a Magni USA approved instructor.  The cost of this training will be determined at the time an order is placed and will be added in the total price on the sales contract.  These up-front training costs will vary between $400 and $1500, depending on the experience level of the customer.

• For instance, an experienced rotorcraft pilot might require minimal transition training, while non-rotorcraft experienced customers may require more.
• All Magni USA customers, by contract, are required to receive dual and transition training into their Magni machine in order to assure their competency to fly their Magni gyroplane.
• These charges, included and itemized separately in the sales contract, will include all dual instruction required for a solo or Student logbook endorsement (up to 20 hours of dual), AND all additional supervision to transition the purchaser to competent solo flight in their Magni machine.
• These costs are based on a special training rate for Magni purchases of $80 per hour (normally $120 per hour) of dual flight training.
• Pre-purchase training charges will apply toward the total training package cost in the final sales contract.  The purpose of this pre-sale training is to help the potential purchaser and Magni USA determine whether to proceed with a purchase, and to help assure that the customer will be able to successfully learn to fly their own machine - prior to commitment of the customer or of Magni USA.  (Visit us at Perryville airport for demo ride and introductory training)
• Partial rebates from the contractual training costs may be made for any dual training done in the customer's machine rather than in the Magni USA trainer.  Keep in mind that the dual flight is not allowed in an Experimental aircraft until the initial 40 flight test hours are flown off.  Per FAA regulations, the purchaser, or any other (rated) pilot, must have the Magni USA training endorsement prior to solo flight in that machine.
• Partial rebates from the contractual training costs may be made in allowance for the customer obtaining a Student solo endorsement from another CFI or BFI - upon Magni USA review and approval of that training.  However, all Magni USA purchasers will require some minimal dual and transition training into their Magni machine by Magni USA or an approved Magni instructor in a Magni trainer.
• All training may or will be conducted at the Magni USA home base in Missouri, at any flying event which Magni USA has planned to be at, or at a mutually agreed upon time and location - at the customer's expense for any incurred travel or lodging expenses (Contractual training costs do not include travel or lodging for either the customer or for Magni USA)
